Once we receive your order, a Customer Care Representative will review it and contact you. An itemized Sales Order will then be provided. Please review it, and if everything is correct, fill it out, sign it and fax it back to the number indicated.

Shipping: Due to the shipping destination or weight of the products, your order will require special shipping pricing that cannot be automatically calculated at this time. Please complete the order process and we will confirm the final pricing before your order is charged and goes into production.
