Follow these simple instructions to place order:

1.  Enter desired quantity in the Quantity field. You can enter any quantity that you want with a minimum quantity as shown. Quantites show are price brake points.

2.  Once you have enterd the desired quantity, click on the Buy Now button to proceed to Step 2.

3.  Proceed to Step 2 and select options as needed. Fill text fields with information necessary to complete your order.

4.  Provide any additional instructions in the communication fields provided.

5.  You can upload your artwork via the Art Upload field in Step 2 if less than 2MB in size. Alternatively you can send us your art via email to art@cuspro.net.

6.  To finalize Step 2, please verify all information you have entered and then Click the Confirm & Proceed button.

7.  You will now be take to the Shopping Cart where you will finalize your purchase.
